Dry Food and Dry Seafood Products
  • Dry food and dry seafood such as mushrooms, scallops and snow fungus etc., can be put in a concealed box in a ventilated, cool and dry environment  without direct sunlight to avoid its getting damp and mold.  If not in use for some time, keep them in the refrigerator.
  • Dry seafood with high protein content such as dry shrimp and dry oyster should be put in a storage bag and kept in the refrigerator.
 
Leftover Food
  • Cooked food is best eaten immediately after cooked, and not left at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
  • Leftover food after cooling off should be put in a clean container and stored in the refrigerator no later than 2 hours after, and should not be kept more than three days.
  • Leftover food can be consumed after being reheated once only; any remaining food should not be re-stored in the refrigerator for another meal.
  • If cookies harden, you may store a slice of fresh bread together with the cookies inside a bag and this will make the cookies soft again.
