Chicken 1
Shelled chestnuts 300g
Dried mushroom 6
Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
Ginger 2 slices

Light soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Water ½ cup

  1. Soak dried mushrooms overnight. Rinse and cut into small pieces.
  2. Rinse chicken and wipe it dry. Cut into small pieces.
  3. Heat oil and stir fry garlic. Add ginger, chicken, mushrooms and chestnuts. Stir fry until golden brown.
  4. Add seasoning and put to boil. Lower the heat and simmer until chestnuts soften and liquid thickens.
