Ingredients:
Grey mullet 1 (600g)
Dried tangerine peel 1 piece
Lime 1
Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
Ginger 1 Tablespoon (thin slices) 

Seasoning:
Soy sauce for seafood 1 Tablespoon

Steps:
  1. Rinse grey mullet and wipe it dry. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  2. Soak dried tangerine peel and cut into thin threads.
  3. Slice lime. Put sliced lime, and thinly sliced tangerine peel and ginger on top of grey mullet. Add chopped garlic.
  4. Steam for 10 minutes. Add seasoning.
