Ingredients:
Minced pork 250g
Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
Shallot 4 bulbs (2 Tablespoons when chopped)
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Japanese soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Sugar ½ teaspoon
Corn starch  ½ teaspoon
Pepper pinch
Japanese spring onion 1 Tablespoon (when chopped)
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Sake 2 teaspoon
Sesame oil little
Sesame seeds appropriate 

Steps:
  1. Chop garlic, shallots into fine pieces. Cut spring onion into fine pieces.
  2. Heat oil and stir fry garlic. Add onion and salt until the sweetness of onion comes out. Add pork and fry until it smells with all moisture evaporated.
  3. Add sake to meat. Then add soy sauce, sugar, pepper and sesame oil. Mix well.
  4. If the mixture turns dry, sprinkle some water, and fry until cooked. Then add spring onion and mix.
  5. Minced pork mixture can be served right on top of a bowl of rice. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
