Ingredients:
Onion ¼
Salmon (canned) 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 4 cloves
Egg white 1
Rice (cooked) 2 cup
Spring onion 1 Tablespoon (chopped)
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon

Steps:
  1. Rinse and cut onion into small pieces. Cut garlic in thin slices.
  2. Drain canned salmon; loosen and leave to dry.
  3. Heat frying pan. Add oil to fry garlic until slightly golden. Remove garlic from oil and chop into flakes when cool.
  4. Add onion to oil and fry. Add little salt to onion and add cool rice to pan. Break rice and add egg white. Fry until rice slightly hardened. Season with salt, if needed.
  5. Add garlic flakes and salmon and fry for 1 minute. Add chopped spring and season with black pepper (if preferred), and serve.
