Ingredients:

Mini cucumbers     70g
Coriander     50g
Chili         2 pieces
Spring onions   50g
Black or white vinegar  1 tablespoon
Sesame oil      1 tablespoon
Chili oil         as appropriate
Soya sauce      1 tablespoon
Sugar           1 tablespoon
Chicken powder   1/2 teaspoon
Salt             1/2 teaspoon
 
Method:
  1. Cut cucumber into mouthful pieces and splash flat with back of knife.
  2. Combine the seasoning above and mix with chopped coriander well.
  3. Pour sauce over cucumbers. Done.
