Ingredients:
Shrimps 8
Vermicelli 1 pack (small)
Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
Spring onion 2 stalks
Oil 1 teaspoon

Seasoning:
Light soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Sugar little
Water 1 Tablespoon

Steps:
  1. Rinse and remove the antennae, feet and intestine of shrimps.
  2. Soak and cut vermicelli into sections. Put wet vermicelli in a plate.
  3. Put shrimps on top of vermicelli. Sprinkle shrimps with slightly salted chopped garlic and chopped spring onion. Steam for 5 minutes with high heat.
  4. Heat oil and add seasoning until it bubbles. Pour onto shrimps and vermicelli.
