Mackerel fillets 3
Sea salt 1 teaspoon
Olive oil ½ teaspoon

  1. Preheat oven to 200℃.
  2. Rinse mackerel fillets and wipe them dry. Rub with sea salt and olive oil.
  3. Put mackerel fillets on a lined baking sheet and bake in oven with the skin facing up for 10 minutes or until golden brown. If fillets start to burn in the middle of baking, cover lightly with an aluminum sheet until fish is almost done. Remove the sheet and allow it to brown before serving.
  4. May serve with lemon rings and mayonnaise.
