Ingredients:
Mid joint chicken wings 12
Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Olive oil 1 teaspoon
Corn starch 3 Tablespoon

Steps:
  1. Rinse mid joint chicken wings and wipe them dry. Mix well with garlic, black pepper, salt and olive oil.
  2. Steam chicken wings in a big pot for 20 minutes. Remove chicken wings and leave to dry.
  3. Place corn starch on a flat plate.
  4. Before serving, heat frying pan and add oil. Pass the chicken wings through the corn starch lightly on both sides and put on frying pan. Fry for half minute on each side and remove when golden brown.
