Ingredients:
Kale 300g
Ginger sauce 1 Tablespoon
Ginger 3 big slices
Wine 1 Tablespoon
Sugar  2 teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon

Steps:
  1. Rinse kale. Remove hard leaves and cut the remainder into sections.
  2. Peel and grate ginger. Cut ginger slices into smaller slices.
  3. Heat oil. Stir fry ginger slices and kale with high heat. Add wine, salt, sugar and ginger sauce. Stir fry until slightly soft.
