Ingredients:
Dried mushroom 2
Fresh beancurd sticks 2
Ginger shreds 1 Tablespoon

Seasoning:
Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
Water 1 Tablespoon

Steps:
  1. Soak dried mushroom until tender and remove stalk. Rinse and shred.
  2. Rinse and cut fresh beancurd sticks into sections.
  3. Put fresh beancurd sticks into a plate. Place on top dried mushrooms and ginger shreds. Add seasoning and steam over high heat for 8 minutes.
