Ingredients:
 
Indian lettuce      400g
Shredded ginger    as needed
Salt               as needed
Sugar             as needed
Soya sauce         1/2 teaspoon
 
Method:
  1. Wash the Indian lettuce, cut half and drain.
  2. Heat oil in wok with shredded ginger. Stir fry Indian lettuce with salt, sugar and soya sauce for one minute. Then serve.
