Ingredients:

Spareribs   500g
Taro
Paste sauce for steaming meat
Water       20g
 
Method:
  1. Wash spareribs. Marinate with paste sauce and water for 30 minutes.
  2. Peel and slice taros and place on a bowl.
  3. Place the marinated spareribs on top of the taros.
  4. Steam over high heat. Tuen to medium heat when water reaches boiling point. Steam for 1 hour.
