Ingredients:

Squid      
Water spinach
Minced garlic
Minced ginger
Chili
Shrimp paste sauce
 
Method:
  1. Scald the squid and water spinach. Drain.
  2. Stir fry minced ginger and add the squids to stir fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the scalded water spinach and stir fry for 1 minutes. Add the shrimp paste sauce and mix well. Garnish with chopped chili before serving.
