Ingredients:

Amaranths      200g
Garlic          a few slices
Chicken broth    200ml
Salt            as needed
 
Method:
  1. Peel and crush garlic.
  2. Wash amaranth and cut stalks
  3. Stir fry garlic for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth when the garlic is aromatic and bring the both to boil.
  4. Add amaranth into broth. Cover till amaranth turns soft.
  5. Serve when the broth turns red.
