Ingredients:
 
Small dried fish      150g
Spring onion        4 pieces
Garlic              3 cloves
Dried bean curd      5 slices
Chili                1 pieces
Pepper salt           as needed
Sugar               1 teaspoon
 
Method:
  1. Wash and chop spring onions. Slice chili, dried bean curds and garlic. Set aside.
  2. Wash the small dried fish. Dry them completely. It speeds up the stir fry.
  3. Stir fry sliced garlic with some oil.
  4. Add the dried bean curds and stir fry over medium level. Fry for a short time to avoid it’s getting too hard.
  5. Add the small dried fish, stalks of spring onions and stir fry over medium to low level for 3 minutes
  6. Add the seasoning above and keep stir frying for 5 minutes. Taste before adding the green part of the spring onions. Add salt if needed.
  7. Add chili and mix well.
