Ingredients:
Chayote 2
Carrot 1
Water chestnut 4
Pork shank 300g
Ginger 2 slices

Steps:
  1. Rinse pork shank and cut into small pieces. Scald in boiling water. Rinse again.
  2. Peel chayote, carrot and water chestnuts. Rinse and cut into small pieces.
  3. Put all ingredients into boiling water and cook for 30 minutes in high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for one hour. Add salt as seasoning.
