Ingredients:
Bitter gourd 2
Soy beans 80g
Spareribs 300g
Ginger 2 slices

Steps:
  1. Rinse spareribs. Scald in boiling water. Rinse again.
  2. Remove seed pouch of bitter gourd. Rub salt over the bitter gourd. Rinse and cut into small pieces.
  3. Rinse and soak soy beans for 30 minutes.
  4. Put all ingredients into boiling water and cook for 30 minutes in high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for one and a half hour. Add salt as seasoning.
