Lily bulb 20g
Pork shank 300g
Ginger 2 slices

  1. Rinse pork shank and slice. Scald in boiling water. Rinse again.
  2. Soak and rinse lotus seed and lily bulb.
  3. Put all ingredients into boiling water and cook for 30 minutes in high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for one hour. Add salt as seasoning.
