Ingredients:
Angled luffa          2
Lean pork            150g
Ginger                  2 slices

Steps:
  1. Rinse lean pork and slice.
  2. Peel hard skin of angled luffa. Rinse and cut into small sections.
  3. Put all ingredients into boiling water and cook for 30 minutes in high heat. Add salt as seasoning.
