Apple soup

Ingredients:

Apple          2-3 pcs
Red dates       5 – 7 pcs
Silver fungus     5g
Rock sugar       as needed
Barbary wolfberry few pcs

Method:

Soak the silver fungus and tear into small pieces after washing.
Wash apples, remove the seeds and slice.
Wash and slice the red dates and soak the Barbary wolfberry.
Add all ingredients in a clay pot and pour in 3 – 4 bowls of water. Boil with high heat.
After boiling , simmer for 20 minutes in small heat and serve.
