Ingredients:
Instant coffee powder 2 Tbsp
Hot water / hot milk 4 Tbsp
Whipping cream 300 ml
Condensed milk 150g
Steps:

Melt instant coffee powder in hot water / hot milk.

Whip cream until soft peaks form. Add in condensed milk by several times, stir well.

Add coffee and stir well.

Put into small cups or plastic container. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours until firm.
(Chocolate powder or green tea powder can replace instant coffee powder to make chocolate ice cream or green tea ice cream.)
