Ingredients:

White gourd     600g
Shrimps      6 pcs
Chicken broth    400ml


Steps:
  1. Remove seed pouch of white gourd and shred.
  2. Rinse and remove the antennae, feet and intestine of shrimps. Dice and marinate with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
  3. Add white gourd to chicken broth and cook.
  4. Add diced shrimps to the boiling soup.
