Ingredients:

Taro      300g
Pumpkin     300g
Coconut  milk    100ml
Water      100ml


Steps:
  1. Peel taro and pumpkin.  Rinse and cut into small pieces.
  2. Stir fry taro and pumpkin with a little oil.  Add water and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Add coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes.  Season with salt.
