Ingredients:

Grapefruit
Rock sugar
Honey
Salt
 
 
Steps:
  1. Soak the grapefruit in hot water. Rub off thewax on grapefruit skin with salt.
  2. Peel the grapefruit and take out the flesh.
  3. Remove the white part to avoid the bitterness.
  4. Shred the skin.
  5. Dissolve sugar in a pot. Add the shredded skin and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Add the flesh when the mixture turns transparent.
  7. Simmer the mixture until it is as thick as tomato paste.
  8. Mix well with honey when it is cooled down.
  9. Keep in the fridge.
