Ingredients:

Soya bean milk   1 Litre
Gelatin powder   20g

Steps:
  1. Heat soya bean milk in medium-low heat. Heat just until light bubbles form around the edge and steam begins to rise.  Reduce to low heat.
  2. Stir in gelatin powder slowly.   Keep stirring the soya bean milk until the gelatin powder is dissolved.
  3. Remove bubbles with a spoon. 
  4.  Allow it to cool and refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours until set.

(Tips:  Gelatin powder is used for making tofu pudding which served cold.)
