Ingredients:

Tofu      1
Scallops      6
Oyster sauce    1 Tbsp
Water      ½ cup

Steps:
  1. Rinse and wipe scallops.  Cut scallops horizontally into 2 halves and marinate with a tiny pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Dice tofu.
  3. Pan fry scallops with a little oil.
  4. Add oyster sauce and water to tofu and cook.
  5. Add scallops and cook for 2 minutes.
