Introduction: Chestnuts have rich starch, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.  They can prevent diseases like hypertension, coronary heart disease, arteriosclerosis and can resist ageing.  Chestnuts are good for the kidneys, waist and legs.  They are suitable for old people.
