                                          簡單來說,「健康挑戰21 」就是透過21天的健康全植物性飲食體驗,同時進行挑戰前後抽血檢查,一起來試看看這種飲食是否能幫助您變得更健康?

                                          此計劃已經超過13,000人次參與!約80%改善三高問題,亦能有效改善體重!
