Ingredients:
Honey peas 150g
Fresh lily bulbs 1
Chopped garlic ½ teaspoon
Ginger 2 slices
Ginkgo ½ pack (in vacuum bag)

Seasoning:
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Sugar ¼ teaspoon
Light soy sauce ½ teaspoon

Steps:
  1. Remove strings of honey peas and rinse.
  2. Separate the petals of lily bulbs and rinse. Soak ginkgo in boiling water for a while.
  3. Heat oil and stir fry ginger until fragrant. Add lily bulbs, honey peas, ginkgo and garlic. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes and add seasoning.
