Ingredients:
Dried shrimp
Long cabbage (Tianjin Pak Choi)
Glass noodles
Oil
Salt
Garlic
 
Method:
  1. Wash dried shrimps and long cabbage and drain; cut the long cabbage into short sections.
  2. Soak glass noodles and drain.
  3. Slice garlics
  4. Heat oil in wok and fry garlics till aromatic. Add dried shrimp and fry till aromatic before adding cabbage and fry till soft.
  5. Reduce heat level and add in glass noodles.
