Asparagus 8 stalks
Red bell pepper 1
Pine nuts 2 Tablespoon
Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon

Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
Water 1 Tablespoon

  1. Rinse asparagus and cut into sections. Par-boil in boiling water for 1 minute and remove from water.
  2. Rinse and cut red bell pepper into small pieces.
  3. Heat oil and stir fry garlic. Add red bell pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add asparagus and seasoning. Stir and mix well.
  5. Add pine nuts and serve.
