Choy sum     500g
Oil           1 table spoon
Salt          1 table spoon
Sliced ginger   1 piece
  1. Wash choy sum and soak in water for 30 mins
  2. Shred ginger.
  3. Heat wok and fry shredded ginger. Then give a little salt and mix well.
  4. Add water and allow it to boil before adding choy sum. Press choy sum with chopsticks till they all sink into water. After a while, turn vegetable over.
  5. Cover wok and bring it to boil over high heat. Then remove cover and continue to boil vegetable for another 5 minutes before serving.
