Indian lettuce            500g
Dried catfish in black bean  1/2 can
Spring onion             little
Ginger                        little
Garlic                         little
  1. Wash Indian lettuce and cut into sections. Slit the catfish after removed from can.
  2. Stir fry ginger and spring onion in hot oil, and then add Indian lettuce and a little salt. Stir fry them till the colour changes. Then remove from wok.
  3. Heat little oil in wok and add catfish when slightly heated up. Stir fry the catfish until aromatic. Add the lettuce and stir fry for seconds before serving.
