Pea sprouts     500g
Crab meat      100g
Chinese yellow wine  1 tablespoon
Ginger         1 tablespoon
Sesame oil      1 tablespoon
Sugar          1 teaspoon
Salt            1/2 teaspoon
White ground pepper   1/4 teaspoon
Chicken broth          150ml
  1. Mince ginger.
  2. Heat up wok at medium level and add oil. Stir fry pea sprouts for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add wine, salt and sugar and stir fry for 1-2 more minutes.
  4. Place pea sprouts on a plate.
  5. Add the oil and minced ginger into wok, then add crab meat and chicken broth. Cook and season with white ground pepper. Sprinkle with sesame oil.
  6. Pour the crab meat over pea sprouts and serve.
