Ingredients:
 
Black olive      1/2 cup
Long beans      one bunch
Garlic           2 cloves
Soya sauce       little
Salt             little
Water           2 tablespoons
Preserved olives   2 tablespoons
 
Method:
  1. Wash black olives and long beans. Cut the long bean into short sections.
  2. Combine the seasoning above and set aside.
  3. Stir fry sliced garlics and black olives in hot oil.
  4. Add the long beans and stir fry to half cooked. Add mixed seasoning.
  5. Keep stir frying until the liquid is totally absorbed and the long beans are cooked.
