Luohanguo     1/2 pc
Pork shank     200g
Watercress     1 bunch
  1. Wash Luohanguo and watercress, then cut watercress into sections.
  2. Wash and slice the pork shank. Scald in boiling water, then rinse again.
  3. Boil water in pot and add all ingredients.  Bring them to a boil over high flame and turn to low heat and cook for one and a half hours.
  4. Season with salt and serve.
