Pork rib 300g
Ginger 2 slices

  1. Rinse and cut radish into small pieces.
  2. Rinse and cut corn into sections.
  3. Cut pork ribs into big pieces and add to boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse in cold water.
  4. Put all ingredients into boiling water and cook for 30 minutes in high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for one hour. Add salt as seasoning.
