Kudzu 1
Shelled chestnuts 80g
Cashew nuts 10
Dried tangerine peel 1 piece
(May add 300g pork rib if desired)

  1. Peel Kudzu. Rinse and cut into small pieces.
  2. Rinse shelled chestnuts and cashew nuts.
  3. Soak dried tangerine peel until tender and scrape off the white pith.
  4. Put all ingredients into boiling water and cook for 30 minutes in high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for one and a half hour. Add salt as seasoning.
