Ms. Li Rosanne Wah Hei is a trainee solicitor of Messrs. Kwok, Ng & Chan, solicitors and notaries. She received both a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Government and Laws) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong. She was a student ambassador of the University of Hong Kong and a recipient of the HKU Worldwide Exchange Scholarship for her academic exchange at the University of Glasgow.
She obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from the University of Hong Kong in 2016. During her free time, she enjoys travelling, hiking and dancing.
