Mid joint chicken wings 12
Lemon 1
Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
Water ½ cup

  1. Rinse mid joint chicken wings and wipe them dry. Mix well with pepper and light soy sauce.
  2. Cut lemon into thin slices.
  3. Heat oil and stir fry garlic. Add chicken wings and stir fry until golden brown.
  4. Add lemon and water. Boil until liquid thickens.
