Ingredients:
Eggplant 2
Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon

Steps:
  1. Rinse and cut eggplant into sections. Add pinch of salt to chopped garlic.
  2. Put eggplant in a plate. Add chopped garlic. Steam for 8 minutes.
  3. May add olive oil onto eggplant before serving as an option.
