Pea sprout         300g
Garlic                  4 cloves
Chicken broth   300ml
Ginger                2 slices
Oil                       2 tablespoon
  1. Peel garlic and slice ginger.
  2. Heat oil over medium-high heat. Deep fry garlic until golden brown. Remove garlic from wok and drain oil for future use.
  3. Heat oil over medium heat. Stir fry ginger and deep-fried garlic till aromatic. Pour in chick broth and bring it to boil.
  4. Add pea sprouts. Boil them till vegetables turn dark green. It takes about 2 minutes before it is cooked.
