Ingredients:
 
Chayote
Carrot
Yellow bell pepper
Spring onion
Salt
Sugar
Vegetable oil
 
Method:
  1. Peel and slice chayotes, carrots. Slice yellow bell pepper. Chop spring onions.
  2. Heat oil over high heat and add all ingredients to wok and stir fry.
  3. Turn to medium heat and season with sugar and salt. Stir fry for a while before serving.
