Water spinach           500g
Fermented bean curd     4pieces
Sliced gingers            few pieces
Sliced garlics             few pieces
  1. Cut the leaves from water spinach and keep the stalks. Cut the stalks into sections.
  2. Stir fry sliced ginger and garlic.
  3. Add the fermented bean curd and smash with a spatula.
  4. Stir fry stalks of water spinach with some water until they turn transparent. Season with salt if needed before serving.
