Sliced beef   300g
Carrot      250g
Potatoes     250g
Onions       250g
Water        1500cc
Soya sauce    50g
Rice wine     40g
Oyster oil     20g
Ground pepper  as needed
  1. Shred onions. Cut carrots and potatoes into pieces. Slice beefs
  2. Boil carrots and potatoes for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir fry onions until brown. Add beef and stir fry to half cooked.
  4. Combine carrots, potatoes, onions and sliced beef in a pot with 1500cc water. Bring them to a boil over high level. Add all the seasoning above. Reduce to low level and stew for 20 minutes.
