King trumpet mushrooms   2 pieces
Beef                    as needed
Spring onion              1 pieces
Chili                    1 pieces
Soya sauce             2 teaspoons
Sesame oil             little
Ground pepper         little
Rice wine             2 tablespoons
  1. slice beef and marinate with 1 teaspoon of soya sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, some sesame oil and ground pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Shred spring onions, king trumpet mushroom and chili
  3. Stir fry spring onions and chili in a heated wok. Add beef and stir fry until colour changes. Mix with king trumpet mushrooms.
  4. Add remaining soya sauce and rice wine and stir fry over high level till it is cooked.
