Lotus roots     100g
Minced fish    100g
Coriander      10g
Cornstarch      10g
Flour           100g
Water          50cc
Chicken powder   1/3 teaspoon
Salt             1/3 teaspoon
Sugar            1/3 teaspoon
  1. Wash and chop lotus roots
  2. Combine minced fish, chopped lotus roots, corianders, cornstarch and seasoning. Mix them well. Make patties each of 5 cm wide.
  3. Mix the flour and water to form batter.
  4. Coat patties evenly with the batter. Pan fry the patties over medium heat for 3 minutes and flip over.
