medium sized orange potato
1 medium sized purple potato
1 small cucumber diced 
½ cup diced celery, 
¼ cup dried cranberries
½ tsp basil or rosemary ( if available, use fresh herbs, chopped)

Salad dressing
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard, 
½ cup olive oil 
Dash salt, black pepper, turmeric   

  1. Boil sweet and purple potato until tender; cut in cubes.
  2. Toss sweet potato, celery, cumber, season with dash of salt, black pepper, basil.
  3. Mix salad dressing ingredients, when ready to serve, pour the dressing over the salad.
