Bitter and sweet almonds 20g
Lean pork 300g
Candied dates 2

  1. Rinse lean pork and slice. Scald in boiling water. Rinse again.
  2. Peel carrot. Rinse and cut into small pieces.
  3. Cut corn into 3 sections.
  4. Rinse candied dates, bitter and sweet almonds.
  5. Put all ingredients into boiling water and cook for 30 minutes in high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for one and a half hour. Add salt as seasoning.
